Sausagemeat prepared on-site using meat from Gloucester Old Spot pork and using the Olde English recipe.
Home made pork sausages using a blend of fine ground pepper and spices and finished off with a mixture of parsley, sage, thyme, marjoram & rosemary. 500g approx. 6 sausages per pack
Home made pork chipolatas, using Gloucester Old Spot Pork. Approx pack size 500g, holding 12 chipolatas per pack.
Made using the Olde English style recipe - with a fine blend of spices and garden herbs.
