Comes is various sizes from 1kg - 3.5kg, the beef comes from our own farm, when there is a heavy demand for beef we source it from a farm in Great Barford which is approx 5 miles away, who have the same principles of farming as Franklins. The beef is hung for 21+ days to allow it to mature and it is then cut to order.
