Conditions of sale

 

It is a condition of acceptance of the order that prior to despatch of the product ordered payment for the order is made in full. Franklins of Thorncote undertake to package and deliver the product to the courier in good condition. Franklins of Thorncote arrange with the courier for "next-day" delivery and shall not be liable in any way for any delay in the delivery of the goods to the customer by the courier.

 

Franklins of Thorncote are not in any respect responsible for the performance of the courier. Any dispute regarding delivery of the goods or condition the packaging is in at the time of receipt by the customer is not the responsibility of Franklins of Thorncote.
