FRANKLIN'S FARM SHOP
Nestled in the heart of Bedfordshire, The Farm Shop at Franklin's stands as a beacon of traditional farming and culinary excellence. Our family-run farm at Thorncote Green, near Sandy, prides itself on a legacy of providing free-range poultry and farm-fresh products directly from our fields to your table.
Freshness and Quality & Local
Our Promise of Quality and Freshness
At Franklin's, our philosophy is simple – to connect our customers with the very source of their food. Our free-range poultry roams the lush meadows by day and rests in comfortable straw-bedded housing by night, ensuring the highest welfare standards. We take great pride in our sustainable farming practices, feeding our livestock with the cereals and crops grown on our very soil.
The Farm Shop offers a wide array of products ranging from our signature free-range poultry to grass-fed beef, quality lamb, and traditional Gloucester Old Spot X Pork. Our Master Butchers ensure that each cut meets our strict standards for quality and flavor, aging our beef for a minimum of 21 days to perfection. The festive season brings a special range of offerings, including our renowned 3 or 4-Bird Roast, a testament to our culinary innovation and commitment to tradition.
